TCT Saw Blade For Cutting Wind Energy Composites
Product Description
SUNPU offers high quality TCT saw blades for wood cutting. Our company introduces and uses advanced facilities including automatic welding and grinding machines, tension testing and heattreatment facilities, which guarantee high quality TCT saw blades. Meanwhile, we control vertical tolerance within 0.03 mm, radial tolerance within +/-0.03 mm to reduce wobbling during working. Our unique technical process guarantees long cutting life, perfect cutting edge and lower noise.
TCT blades are widely regarded as cold saws. This means they can stay sharper for longer because of the carbide tips, but also because you can directly control the feed rate and the cutting speed. With this in mind, you can prolong the lifespan of the blade and reduce the need for more frequent replacements. In fact, the tungsten carbide coating is thought to produce a lifespan that is four times longer than an average saw blade.
